We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee remedial and cathodic protection projects on public infrastructure throughout the city of Sydney. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of these projects, safeguarding the integrity and longevity of vital structures within our community.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate remedial and cathodic protection projects on public infrastructure, including bridges, boardwalks, stairways, walls and other critical assets.
Supervise and manage onsite personnel, subcontractors, and resources to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers,



and stakeholders to develop and implement effective project plans and strategies.
Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on milestones, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements:
Qualifications/ Tickets needed: Carpentry Certificate, White Card, First Aid
Proven experience in site supervision, preferably in the field of remedial and cathodic protection projects or related infrastructure construction projects.
Must be happy to be out on site, on the tools every day.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on corrosion prevention and remediation.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire onsite teams to achieve project objectives safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Sound understanding of relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards governing infrastructure construction and maintenance.
Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior results.
