The Role

We are a growing commercial cleaning business looking for a driven Business Development Manager in Brisbane. You will find recent business clients, pitch commercial cleaning contracts, and close office, retail, or industrial cleaning deals.

Key Responsibilities
Find new commercial cleaning leads and book client meetings.
Pitch and present cleaning services to business owners and facility managers.
Walk through commercial sites to calculate quotes and write proposals.
Close current cleaning contracts and hand clients over to operations.

What You Need

Proven sales or business development experience (cleaning or facility services preferred).·

Robust communication, networking, and closing skills·

Your own phone, laptop, and transport to visit local Brisbane sites if required

Self-driven work ethic with a goal-oriented mindset

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
