What You'll Do

Coffee & Service
Pull consistently high-quality shots and manage multi-orders during busy service
Engage customers with warmth, confidence, and personality
Collaborate with the FOH team for seamless service

Operations
Dial in and set up the coffee station to a high standard daily
Manage stock, maintain equipment, and keep the workspace clean and organised

Culture
Bring Bert's coastal, down-to-earth energy to every shift




Contribute to menu changes and improvements, and pitch in across other areas when needed

What We're Looking For
1–2 years barista experience in a fast-paced café
Confident with dial-ins, milk texturing, and multi-order management
Knowledge of batch brew, cold brew and all non-coffee drinks
Robust customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Available for early mornings, weekends, and peak periods
Valid Australian work rights

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Casual

Pay: $33.00 – $48.00 per hour
