Star Phones, a well-established mobile accessories retailer with more than 55 stores across Australia, is currently hiring enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants to join its NSW team.

Position: Retail Sales Assistant
Location: Liverpool NSW
Employment Type: Full-time & Part time (24–50 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell mobile accessories such as phone cases, chargers, screen protectors, and power banks
Assist customers with basic mobile phone repairs in a friendly and helpful manner
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs

Confidence in engaging customers and upselling products

Pay & Advantages:

Monthly bonuses between $1,000 and $1,500 based on performance
