RRC Australia are seeking experienced Parts Interpreters for our client who specialises in Access Equipment.

We currently have positions available in:
Hallam, VIC
Regents Park, NSW
Kewdale, WA

About the role:

Parts Interpreter's role is to provide support to customers by assist them in identifying spare parts and processing parts sales.

This role requires a high level of customer service and a mechanical mindset with a solid focus on customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.

Parts Interpreter is responsible:
Accurate and timely communication with service technicians & workshop staff
Supports the Sales & Business Development Managers
Provide a high level of support to customers
Identify spare parts and processing parts sales
Provide robust customer relationship support

About the candidate




Previous experience in a similar role in a medium to large business.
You will have solid communication skills, both written and verbal,
Excellent attention to detail
Organisational skills
A solid foundation of literacy and numeracy skills and previous experience with ERP and computer systems ensures accurate data entry and customer communications.

Please note: All candidates must have a drivers licence and their own reliable transport as well as the ability to pass pre-employment checks including Functional & Drug and Alcohol testing.
