Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Drainer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in drainage and pipeline installation projects — ensuring work is completed to specification, on time, and in compliance with industry and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Excavate trenches and prepare sites for drainage installations.
Install stormwater, sewer, water, and other drainage pipe systems.
Set out, align, and level pipes using laser levels and similar tools.
Backfill and compact trenches to specification.
Read and interpret civil plans and specifications.
Collaborate with plant operators and site teams to deliver quality outcomes.
Maintain a solid focus on safety, compliance,
and workmanship.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in drainage / civil pipe laying or related civil construction roles.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Cert III in Civil Construction / Pipelaying) or equivalent practical experience.
Civil construction and drainage installation experience.
Ability to use levels, set out works, and interpret plans and grades.
Solid safety mindset with competency in WHS practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team and on your own initiative.

Pay: $128,250.00 – $133,380.00 per year
