ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:
Experience supporting participants with neurological conditions such as Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Autism, Intellectual Disability or Mental Health.
Demonstrated experience supporting participants with behaviours of concern.
MUST be able to take client out on a wheelchair
MUST have your own car and comprehensive car insurance (Vehicle Allowance will be paid)
Full and Clean Australian Driver’s License
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Qualification or Studying Disability/Nursing/Social Work/similar OR has equivalent experience
Working with Children Check (must be employee card, not volunteer)
First Aid Level 2 (current)
CPR (current)

We are a Registered NDIS Service Provider servicing all Melbourne Areas. We specialize in Disability Support Worker Services and we strive to make a difference to the Community and its People through our team of dedicated Support Workers.

In this job, you will be working with participants 1-to-1

Please note, we are not a RESIDENTIAL CARE CENTRE/UNIT. You will work at the participant's residence and provide 1-to-1 service.

YOUR ROLE




To provide other support to participants as required such as:
Personal administration
Shopping for and with Participant
Going out for community participation
PCA - Shower, and other personal care assistance
Talking and engaging with participant
Help clean the house
