We are seeking a confident, assertive and highly observant individual to maintain a qualified presence at the entrance of a luxury boutique in Sydney CBD.
This is a door-based operational role, responsible for controlling client entry, monitoring the immediate entrance area and communicating with the boutique security team. You must be comfortable standing at the entrance for the full shift, managing access and dealing confidently with difficult or unexpected situations.
Key Responsibilities
Control and coordinate client entry
Maintain awareness of activity around the entrance
Communicate with the security team via radio
Manage queues and busy periods
Deal calmly and confidently with challenging situations
Maintain a polished and qualified presence

Experience in concierge, door operations, events, luxury retail or similar environments is highly regarded
This is not a sales, receptionist or traditional hospitality host position.
