WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
This isn't a tiny boutique café.
It's not a chaotic high-volume espresso bar either.
We have steady flow with defined peak runs - and we need someone who can:
Produce consistently great coffee
Pour confident latte art as standard
Engage customers naturally and professionally
Stay composed and productive during busy periods
Step into front-of-house tasks when coffee slows (we operate as one team)
Coffee matters here - but so does presence.
You'll be part of a well-presented store representing a respected brand.
