Key Responsibilities:
Washing dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils
Cleaning kitchen floors and maintaining all work areas to high standards
Cleaning and maintaining deep fryers and other kitchen equipment
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
Receiving, storing, and rotating stock deliveries
Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
Following food safety, workplace health and safety, and hygiene procedures
Safely handling and using cleaning chemicals and sanitising products
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
What We're Looking For:
Previous worked as kitchen hand with 2 years experience preferred
Sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals, their safe use, and storage
Understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Availability for weekdays, nights, weekends, and public holidays
Full working rights in Australia
