About the Role

As our Gym Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests, helping create a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome members and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
Manage front desk check-ins and member enquiries
Answer phone calls, emails, and general customer questions
Assist with bookings, memberships, and basic administration tasks
Maintain a clean, organised, and qualified reception area
Support the team with day-to-day club operations
Process payments and handle point-of-sale transactions where required
Help create a positive and energetic club atmosphere

What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Friendly, confident, and approachable personality




Well-presented with a skilled attitude
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Good computer and administrative skills
Reliable, punctual, and organised
Previous reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is highly regarded (but not essential)

Pay: $69,900.00 – $82,382.19 per year
