TMR (Perth) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized individual to handle the company’s trucking fleet and to be the link between customers, warehouse operations and the transport team - ensuring bookings, paperwork and the trucking schedules are accurate and meet customer expectations.

Full Time Permanent Role

Market-market-competitive salary rate based on previous experience

Based : Osborne Park

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm

Occasional flexibility required to support operational peak times

Key Responsibilities:

· Supply Chain Improvement: Collaborate with other departments to design and implement improvements in the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.

· Systems Design, Implementation and Optimization: Analyse and optimize logistics operations including transportation to improve overall system efficiency and reduce costs. Evaluate and implement new logistics technologies, tools, or software to optimize operational efficiency.

· Continuous Improvement:



Focusing on improving cycle times and optimizing resource utilization.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse management to align logistical planning with customer requirements.

· Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyse transport data (e.g., lead times, delivery schedules etc.) to identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

· Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards related to logistics and transportation.

· Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for the public, managing all incoming communications via phone, email, and text.

· Stakeholder Management: Actively support all efforts to retain and further develop the relationship between all existing and new clients.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
