The successful candidate will have a robust work ethic and be responsible for daily operations of the restaurant, which may include other staff members on shift. Able to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends. Must also show exceptional customer service, cooking and food prep, ensuring a clean and organised restaurant is maintained.
Meeting and greeting guests;
Taking orders;
Clearing tables;
Packing take-away orders;
Setting up kitchen for service, including the preparation of all items on the menu; and
Cooking chicken and other items on the menu;
The successful candidate will have:
Hands-on experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a bonus
Exceptional communication skills and outstanding customer service skills;
A positive, punctual and professional approach;
Excellent attention to detail;
Ability to juggle ten things at once;
Strict adherence to all company policies including all food handling and safety procedures;
Immaculate personal grooming and presentation; and
A positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and winning smile!
Hours are negotiable and flexible
Position can lead to management or just casual work

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
