The Cupcake Room is looking for an experienced cake and cupcake decorator to join our friendly team in Leichhardt.

The role
Decorate cakes and cupcakes to a qualified standard
Accurately reproduce our existing designs
Create custom decorations from customer briefs
Work with buttercream, fondant and other decorating materials
Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe workspace
Assist with customer service and administration when required

About you
At least one to two years of commercial cake-decorating experience
Strong piping, finishing and presentation skills
Creative, reliable and attentive to detail
Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Clear communication and friendly customer service skills
Australian working rights





A patisserie qualification is welcome but not essential if you have solid experience and a positive portfolio.
