Role Overview:
Packing and Dispatch: Responsible for efficiently packing and dispatching orders for our online store, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Customer Service: Engage with customers at our shop front, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Shop Front Maintenance: Keep the shop front clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks.
Adhere to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety protocols, and store operations.

Requirements:




Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for online order processing and inventory management.
Physical ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise.
