We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our warehouse and workshop operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials while maintaining a protected and organised workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Load and unload vehicles safely.
Organise inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
Assist with stocktakes and inventory control.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse.
Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided where required).
Assist the workshop team with material movement and general warehouse duties.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

About You
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred but not essential.




Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Able to perform manual handling and physical work.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Ability to safely load, unload, move, and store heavy materials using correct manual handling techniques.
Experience picking and packing engineering parts or manufacturing components is desirable.
Basic knowledge of warehouse inventory and stock control procedures.
Ability to accurately identify, label, and organise engineering materials and finished products.
