Are you friendly, reliable, and customer-focused? Bottle-mart Express in Frankston is currently looking for motivated and dependable Bottle Shop Attendants to join our team.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the bottle shop, ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly, approachable manner
Support the daily operations of the bottle shop
Unpack, replenish, and rotate stock efficiently and safely
Assist with merchandising and setting up sales displays
Maintain high store presentation and cleanliness standards
Follow all safety procedures and responsible service protocols
Perform general cleaning and upkeep of the bottle shop area
Undertake manual handling and heavy lifting when required
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, trustworthy,
and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in retail or liquor sales (preferred, but not essential)
A current RSA Certificate (required)
Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Great time management and attention to detail
A genuine interest in hospitality, customer service, and product knowledge
