We’re a new neighbourhood Italian trattoria bringing honest food, warm service, and classic flavours to the table. We’re looking for a passionate CDP / Pan Chef to join our kitchen team.

About the Role
Run your section confidently during service
Prepare and cook classic Italian dishes with care and consistency
Work closely with the Head Chef
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
Assist with prep, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a CDP or robust Pan Chef
Basic to solid knowledge of Italian cuisine
Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
