Are you a people-person with solid organisational skills and a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a confident and friendly Receptionist to join our growing team full time, helping us guide potential clients through the early stages of their journey to building a Granny Flat, duplex, or extension.

What Youll Be Doing:
Greet clients, manage phone/email enquiries, and maintain the showroom.
Respond to recent leads and qualify enquiries (budget, timeframes, site details).
Manage CRM entries and support the sales team with follow-ups.
Assist with colour selection appointments and guide clients through product choices.
Keep documentation accurate and help coordinate supplier samples.
General admin, data entry, and occasional event or office support.

Your Experience & Skills
The ideal person will possess the following:
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Highly organised, proactive,



and able to multitask.
Experience with colour selections or interior finishes is preferred.
Comfortable learning tools like Pipedrive, SIX Maps, DBYD, and Canibuild.
Previous experience in admin, reception, or sales support.
