Skills and experience:
Experience in IT Support
Experience in workstation staging, imaging, deployment, and configuration.
Experience troubleshooting local hardware and network patch issues.
Experience in Microsoft environments.
Experience in Aruba network settings, local troubleshooting & patching
Experience in Salesforce platforms
