The Role

We're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy cotton client in Kununurra, WA. This is a hands‑on role supporting cotton operations, working in a practical, quick‑paced setting where safe forklift handling and cleanliness are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Your main purpose is to safely operate forklifts to move cotton bales and support efficient warehouse flow while maintaining a clean and safe work area. Key responsibilities include:
Operate forklifts and related machinery safely and efficiently at all times
Load, unload, move and stack cotton bales around the warehouse and storage areas
Follow site procedures for bale handling, segregation and storage to minimise damage and contamination
Maintain a clean work area and keep equipment clean, tidy and fit for use
Complete basic checks and report any faults, hazards or incidents promptly
$35.00 per hour
50 hours per week
Consistent work in a busy warehouse with a strong focus on safe operation




Build further experience in cotton logistics and bale handling
Be part of a dependable team where reliability and attention to detail are valued

Your Skills & Experience
Forklift licence (LF) and confident operating in a warehouse or similar environment
Cotton industry experience and/or exposure to cotton bale handling
Mixing fertiliser experience (highly regarded)
Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for manual tasks as required
Valuable housekeeping habits and commitment to cleanliness to prevent contamination
