About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to provide outstanding customer service while supporting internal sales, administration, and order coordination across the business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming phone calls, email enquiries and general administration
Assisting customers with product information and technical enquiries
Preparing, processing and following up quotations, orders and invoices




Maintaining accurate customer records within company systems
Coordinating order processing and providing customer updates
Assisting with scheduling, filing, document management and sales reporting
Liaising with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Delivering skilled customer service and building lasting client relationships

About You

The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, internal sales, or office administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
