As a Site Supervisor, you will be based in our Head office in Wodonga, be leading and over-seeing our stunning recent project and custom residential builds.

This is a permanent full time role that will require travelling to sites so you must have a valid driver’s license.

In your new role you will:
Report directly to the Construction Manager and lead a team of subcontractors on site
Lead construction to meet schedule, budget and quality while delivering exceptional customer service
Be responsible for the highest standards of safety and driving continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with the Construction Procedural Manual, complete required documentation and process claims and invoices

What we are looking for:
Experienced Professional: Solid background as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, with a strong customer focus, excellent technical and communication skills
Valid driver’s license: Australian Drivers license
Problem Solver:



Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to overcome obstacles maintaining project momentum, time-frames and drive continuous improvement
Safety Savvy: Solid commitment to implementing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
Certifications: Certificate 4 in Building Construction is advantageous
