This is a part-time or full time opportunity for an experienced property manager to join the dynamic team at The Rental Specialists Real Estate in Albury and Wodonga. As a property manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall management of a diverse residential property portfolio.
What you'll be doing
Assist the senior property manager with day-to-day operations including responding to tenant enquiries, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and conducting property inspections
Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation related to tenancy agreements, rental payments, and property condition reports
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to address any issues in a timely and professional manner
Support the marketing and leasing of available properties within the portfolio
Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall growth and success of the business
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry
Agent's Representative Certificate or Licence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with both landlords and tenants
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth property management operations
Working knowledge of relevant real estate legislation, regulations, and best practices
Basic awareness of real estate legislation requirements is essential for this role
Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
