Role Summary

We are looking for a Testing Lead with robust expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing, particularly using Selenium and Playwright. The candidate will lead QA initiatives, define test strategies, ensure product quality, and mentor testing teams in Agile delivery settings.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA activities across projects.
Create and execute manual and automated test cases.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, and API Testing.
Manage defect lifecycle using JIRA or similar tools.
Collaborate with Development, Product, and Business teams.
Drive test planning, estimation, reporting, and release sign-offs.




Mentor QA team members and enforce testing best practices.
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills
Strong experience in Manual Testing and QA processes.
Hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
Experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
API Testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or Playwright.
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
Test Management & Defect Tracking: JIRA, Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
