iCan is launching a current Positive Behaviour Support department in Melbourne and seeks an experienced PBS Practitioner to join the team. The role offers a mix of client-facing and remote/telehealth work, with prospects to shape the service and impact participant outcomes.

You will work with a supportive leadership team, maintain robust documentation for NDIS requirements, and deliver training to staff and families while adhering to best practice in person-centred care.
