We are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Melbourne on a full time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service while working safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operating a tow truck safely and professionally.
Attending vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and transport requests.
Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading vehicles.
Providing outstanding customer service in often stressful situations.
Completing required paperwork accurately.
Maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle.
Current Australian driver’s licence suitable for operating a tow truck.
Previous towing or heavy vehicle driving experience preferred.
Clear and fluent English communication skills are essential.
Professional presentation and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety.
Good knowledge of Melbourne roads is an advantage.
