Orange Christian School is seeking a passionate Human Resources Coordinator to deliver HR support across the entire employee lifecycle while actively modelling the Christian ethos of OCS. The role works closely with the Principal, Business Manager and Deputy Principal to attract, develop, support, and retain high‑quality Christian staff.
The role offers flexibility as a 0.6 to 1.0 FTE position, with term‑time weeks including PD Weeks.
