Executive Director, Customer Insights & Analytics

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Customer Insights and Analytics within the Financial Institutions and Government sector. This senior leadership role is pivotal in providing strategic guidance, and informed perspectives, and supporting business decision-making and portfolio performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of a up-to-date, AI-enabled insights, policy, and portfolio management capability.

This includes integrating internal and external data sources to deliver comprehensive customer, sector, and portfolio insights that drive sustainable, risk-adjusted returns. The role also involves transforming the credit policy framework, evolving risk appetite, and establishing proactive risk monitoring capabilities. Candidates for this role at the company should have extensive experience in institutional banking, credit risk, and portfolio management, with a deep understanding of the FIG sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading AI,



automation, or digital transformation initiatives and delivering large-scale transformation programs. Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage a high-performing team. A strategic thinker with a balance of long-term vision and disciplined execution, the Executive Director will be a trusted advisor, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline are preferred.
