$75k – $80k + Super (commensurate with experience)
A premium boutique accounting practice in Milton seeks a highly capable Senior Administrator / CSO to provide direct support to the Directors and accounting team, ensuring seamless client service and practice operations. You’ll be working closely with one other admin team member in a cooperative, qualified environment.
The Role
This pivotal position blends client service with practice administration. You will:
Provide administrative and client support to Directors and accountants, assisting with day‑to‑day operations and service delivery
Manage client enquiries, shared inboxes, and onboarding processes while maintaining accurate records across internal systems
Support ATO and SMSF administration, including compliance documentation and regulatory requirements
Complete ASIC Corporate secretarial duties, including annual company documentation and statutory forms
About You
2 + years in accounting firm administration and client service
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
Experience with ATO/ASIC portals
