Junction Support Services in Wangaratta is seeking an experienced Residential Care Youth Worker for a permanent sleepover role at our Morgan Road Residential Home. The position offers the stability of a permanent roster with in office sleepover shifts and favourable penalties.

You will deliver trauma-informed, child-centred care, support routines, and administer medications within a structured therapeutic team, contributing to positive outcomes for young people with complex needs.
