Solid leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and support a team during both prep and service
Clear communication style and collaborative approach to working with the front-of-house team
Excellent standards in food quality, portioning, and presentation.
Someone who is confident, willing to talk to guests and take the lead in the venue
Solid understanding of inventory management, ordering, wage cost compliance and maintaining cost control
A positive and proactive mindset,



with the flexibility to adapt in a quick-paced kitchen environment
