Gaming, TAB, Keno and sports bar experience is essential.
We are seeking an experienced, energetic and customer-focused gaming attendant to join our hotels. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in the quick-paced environment of gaming, wagering and live sport and who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
You will become part of a team operating premium gaming facilities and high volume sports bar environments, delivering an exceptional experience for customers every day.
About the Role
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the gaming and sports bar areas.
Process TAB and gaming transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers with sporting and racing enquiries.
Monitor gaming machine operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Maintain responsible gambling practices at all times.
Handle cash and balance tills.
Assist with general venue operations as required.
Work evenings, weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
Previous experience as a gaming attendant within a pub or club environment.
Demonstrated experience operating TAB and Keno facilities.
Previous experience working within a sports bar workplace.
Thorough knowledge of responsible gambling requirements and venue procedures.
Current RSA, RCG (and advanced RCG) qualifications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong cash-handling skills and attention to detail.
Professional presentation and a strong work ethic.
