Our client, a well-established organisation based in Brisbane, is seeking an experienced, hands-on SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator to own the administration, configuration, security, and stability of their SuccessFactors landscape.

This role focuses on Employee Central and Recruiting, with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience highly regarded. It's a outstanding chance for a System Admin who enjoys working independently and being the go-to technical authority for the platform.

About the Role
Permanent, full-time position
Mainly on-site, with 1 day WFH (adaptable) - Brisbane based
$135k - $150k base plus Super, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end system administration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting, including configuration, security, and role-based permissions (RBP)
Plan and execute SuccessFactors releases, patches, and bi-annual upgrades, including impact assessment and regression testing
Administer and maintain Employee Central data models, business rules, workflows, MDF objects, and picklists
Monitor system performance, data integrity, and platform health — proactively identifying and resolving issues
Act as the primary escalation point for complex incidents and service requests, ensuring SLAs are met




Document system configuration and standard operating procedures
Liaise with SAP support and internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Payroll) to align system capability with business needs

What You'll Bring
8+ years of overall SAP experience, including a minimum of 5 years dedicated to SAP SuccessFactors administration and configuration
Proven experience as a system administrator on at least one full-cycle SuccessFactors implementation or major upgrade
Strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central administration — business rules, workflows, MDF, and the RBP security model
Strong hands-on experience administering and configuring SuccessFactors Recruiting
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in relevant modules strongly preferred (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting Management)
Preferred: hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
