ABOUT THE ROLE

TSPH is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and self-motivated person to join our reception team.

DUTIES
Handling patient admissions, including preparing paperwork and verifying health fund details
Ensuring all information is accurate information and patients are informed of any actions they need to take
Processing and reconciling payments as needed
Coordinating with surgeons’ rooms and hospital staff
Performing general administrative tasks as required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous administration experience, ideally in a healthcare setting




Robust attention to detail and accuracy when managing information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with patients, staff, and external providers
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a part of a collaborative team
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT applications
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service

DESIRABLE CRITERIA
Experience with health fund processes and payment handling
Familiarity with patient management systems, such as webPAS
