Turner & Townsend Canberra is seeking a Capital Works Manager to lead the delivery of capital projects for a major investor developer across the ACT. You will oversee design management, procurement and construction while navigating technical, commercial and contractual matters.
You will build a pipeline of complex projects, monitor schedules, review consultant submissions and provide guidance with minimal oversight. A tertiary qualification in engineering or construction management is desirable.
