About you

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our growing team based in Mascot, NSW

As a Service Technician with Electra Lifts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our customers’ assets.

You’ll be supported by a well‑structured Service team, access to quality training, and a positive working setting that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities for You

Conduct routine service and maintenance in accordance with procedures,



technical manuals, and safety standards.

Attend lift breakdowns promptly and carry out necessary repairs.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to uphold our strong customer service culture.

Complete service reports, Job Hazard Forms, and track service activities accurately.

Identify and recommend upgrade opportunities that may attract incentive payments for technicians.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Hold a current Australian driver’s license.

Have an Electrical trade license or relevant trade certification

Previous experience within the Lift industry is required.

Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to protected work practices.

Motivation to contribute to a supportive team environment.
