Equipment Specialist - Assistive Technology

We’re partnering with a respected provider in the healthcare and assistive technology sector, recognised for helping people maintain independence, mobility, and quality of life within their homes and communities. They work closely with clinicians, carers, and end users to deliver practical solutions that genuinely improve everyday outcomes.

With a strong reputation across the market and continued growth nationally, they are now looking to appoint a product specialist for Melbourne’s Western suburbs. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced healthcare sales qualified from assistive technology or an Occupational Therapist looking to transition into a sales role.

What You’ll Do
Build trusted relationships with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, community care providers and aged care organisations.
Conduct product demonstrations, equipment trials, and education sessions for clinicians and end users.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to recommend tailored solutions that support client independence and wellbeing.
Manage and grow an established customer base while identifying current referral pathways and business opportunities.
Plan and manage your territory effectively,



maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders.
Represent the business with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Who You Are
Experience in healthcare sales, medical devices, rehabilitation, mobility, or allied health.
Alternatively, an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist looking to move into a relationship-driven sales role.
Robust communicator who builds rapport easily with clinicians, carers, and customers.
Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a field-based territory autonomously.
Commercially minded with a genuine passion for helping people achieve better outcomes.
Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
