Assistant Accountant (Contract- Open to Fresh Graduates)

Reporting to the CFO, you'll support the day-to-day finance operations of the business, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across Australia and offshore teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has excellent attention to detail, and is eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Prepare and process bank reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Support payroll administration and finance reporting where required.
Assist with BAS, GST, and other compliance-related tasks (training provided).
Monitor finance inboxes and respond to internal and external queries.
Prepare journals and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Help improve finance processes and maintain documentation.




Provide general administrative support to the Finance team.

To be successful in this role, you will have

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).

Up to 2 years of accounting or finance experience

Experience working with Xero (desirable)

Excellent attention to detail

Experience in the digital marketing industry (desirable)

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
