GTK is seeking a customer-focused support assistant at the Oakleigh branch. You will back the Assistive Technology Consultants after delivery and assist technicians with service or warranty matters, including repairs to demo AT equipment such as power wheelchairs and hoists.

Key duties include collaborating with clinicians to solve problems and logging client details accurately in the CRM system. A driver’s license and positive PC literacy are required, with a robust willingness to learn.
