Lismore City Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional service at the front desk, on the phone, and via written communication. You will maintain customer data and support stakeholders, thriving in a busy workplace.

The role requires a Certificate III in Customer Service or equivalent, robust IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and outstanding communication abilities. A national criminal history check is required, with a full time roster including a nine-day fortnight
