Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings
Assist with community access, transport, and social participation
Support clients with meal preparation, light household duties, and domestic assistance
Promote independence, dignity, health,



and wellbeing
Maintain accurate documentation and report client progress

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Disability Support or Aged Care
Certificate III or equivalent in Disability/Individual Support
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Driver's licence + reliable car + Comprehensive Insurance
Full Australian Working Rights
Based in Australia
