True Support Team is seeking a Mental Health Support Coordinator level 2 / Psychosocial Recovery Coach for a part time contractor role. This remote position supports a small NDIS caseload and includes occasional in-person visits when required.

Applicants should have 2+ years of experience as a support coordinator or psychosocial recovery coach, with Cert IV in Disability or equivalent, and be prepared to meet NDIA expectations and compliance requirements.
