Gems Care in Current South Wales is seeking two experienced Mentor Support Workers to join our team on a permanent part time basis. You will support participants across the Surfside to Moruya region, working a rotating roster that includes shifts, overnights, weekends and public holidays, with a minimum of 50 hours per fortnight.

As a Mentor Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred supports that empower people with disability to live independently and achieve their goals.
