Sera's Women’s Shelter is seeking a passionate Support Worker to assist women and their children escaping domestic violence. The role provides trauma-informed care, practical support and a secure, empowering setting within a shelter setting.

The successful candidate will work a rotating roster with in office duties, deliver empathetic support, maintain confidentiality, and help with general shelter upkeep and safety.
