Join a major digital uplift program within a large, complex and highly regulated organisation. This role blends project coordination (75%) with business analysis (25%), supporting two concurrent initiatives: a SQL workplace modernisation and a large‑scale application audit covering 800+ applications
You'll be the coordination hub across vendors, technical teams and diverse business stakeholders—perfect for someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple moving parts.

What you’ll do
Coordinate project activities, schedules, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
Track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies across both projects.
Support analysis for the SQL uplift and migration workstreams.
Facilitate discovery sessions and consolidate application information for the audit.
Maintain documentation, registers and project artefacts.
Build strong relationships across varied stakeholder groups.

What you bring




5+ years' experience in project coordination and/or business analysis.
Solid communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
Solid analytical capability and comfort working through ambiguity.
Experience coordinating vendors and multi‑stakeholder programs.
Background in highly regulated or complex environments is desirable.
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word) and familiarity with tools like SharePoint and JIRA.
Previous application experience/knowledge
