Rye Hotel in Victoria is seeking an Assistant Manager to help keep the pub buzzing and loved by locals. You will lead a team, support the Publican, and step up to be the face of the pub when the boss is away.
This hands-on role includes learning the ropes of being a Publican while maintaining excellent guest service. You’ll leverage your supervision experience, bar/bistro background, and solid people skills to create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.
