Job Summary And Scope
Engineering Manager – As an engineering manager you must plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the engineering and technical operations of organisations.
ACTIVITIES
Determining, implementing and monitoring engineering strategies, policies and plans
Interpreting plans, drawings and specifications, and providing advice on engineering methods and procedures to achieve construction and production requirements
Establishing project schedules and budgets
Ensuring conformity with specifications and plans, and with laws, regulations and safety standards
Ensuring engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness and performance are observed
Overseeing maintenance requirements to optimise efficiency
Liaising with marketing, research, and manufacturing managers regarding engineering aspects of current construction and product design
May contribute to research and development projects
Technical Skills
MUST HAVE
You must have at least 15+ years of work experience on design, troubleshooting of Solar Inverters or PCS for BESS Applications
Bachelor of Electrical or Power Electronics Engineering from reputed university.
Must have experience of integration with MV Equipment like Transformers & Switchgear
Should be a team player
People Management Skills with direct reports up to 5
Ability to handle clients/customer directly
Behavioral Skills
MUST HAVE
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to lead muti functional teams (mechanical, electrical, simulation)
Communicate with stakeholders, customers, suppliers, certification agencies.
