Our client is a premium womenswear retailer seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their team. This is an chance for a confident retail leader who enjoys working on the shop floor, developing a team and delivering a personalised customer experience.

The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help drive the performance of the store while remaining hands-on with customers and the team. You'll be an important part of the leadership team, helping create a positive and commercially focused setting.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations
Leading and motivating the team on the floor
Driving sales and supporting KPI performance
Building genuine customer relationships and repeat business
Coaching team members to improve performance
Supporting stock management and replenishment




Maintaining strong visual and presentation standards
Assisting with rostering and team organisation
Taking ownership of the store when required

About You

We're looking for an experienced retail leader with a genuine interest in womenswear and a strong understanding of premium customer service.

You’ll ideally have:
Previous Assistant Manager, 2IC or senior retail experience
Experience within fashion or premium womenswear
Strong sales and KPI awareness
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A confident and approachable leadership style
Robust attention to detail and presentation
Passion for fashion, styling and premium retail
