GV Health in regional Victoria invites applications for a Grade 1 or 2 Exercise Physiologist OR Physiotherapist to join the HARP-DMT program. The role is fixed term, part time (4 days per fortnight) from June 2026 to June 2027, located at Graham Street.
You will provide assessment, care planning and management for patients with chronic heart and respiratory conditions. Ideal candidates will have broad clinical experience in complex cases, solid teamwork and evidence-based, person-centred care.
